Eric joined the Vault 634 team as the Event Sales Manager in January 2018. Equipped with more than fifteen years of experience in hotel sales and catering, Eric is directly responsible for client event planning, menu development, and day-of coordination. Eric’s fantastic eye for detail and extensive knowledge of the event industry led him to play a vital role in the launch of Vault 634 in May 2018.

Originally from Silver City, New Mexico, Eric discovered a passion for event planning while attending New Mexico State University. After earning his degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, he went on to work for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, LRA Worldwide Consulting, and Kalahari Resorts and Conventions.

Chef Antonio Santiago is the founder of the culinary program and the head of the culinary team at Vault 634. Originally from Jamestown, New York, Chef Antonio discovered his passion for the culinary arts while working as a prep cook at Pocono Brewery Company. Chef rose through the ranks and was ultimately promoted to Executive Chef at the young age of 24.

Chef Antonio later developed his palate at the Art Institute of Philadelphia Culinary School and has gone on to cook for celebrities and other prominent figures. Chef brings a classic and unique perspective to the Vault 634 kitchen, and prides himself on making every meal memorable.

Jared joined the Vault 634 team as Event Sales Manager in March 2022. He has a history of executing spectacular events, helping venues secure a range of coveted awards, including The Knot’s “Best Of Weddings” in both 2021 and 2022. Jared has more than twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry and has helped to coordinate events ranging from thirty to 300 guests.

Jared was born and raised in northern New Jersey. Jared received his bachelor’s degree in International Relations and his master’s degree in Political Science. Jared’s keen eye for detail, wealth of experience, and unwavering commitment to excellence help guests ensure their dream event is made a reality.

Shanice is an accomplished banquet manager hailing from Allentown, Pennsylvania. With a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, Shanice has been an integral part of the events industry since 2012. Having joined the Vault 634 team in 2018, she has consistently demonstrated excellence and a keen eye for detail in every project undertaken.

Beyond orchestrating remarkable banquets and events, Shanice is also dedicated to fostering a culture of growth and expertise within her team. Her journey in the industry has been marked by a commitment to staff development and training. She firmly believes that a successful event is a result of not just meticulous planning, but also a well-prepared and motivated team.
